• Stimulate the development of concepts, models, and methodologies that will allow civil society organizations to effectively advocate for stronger CSR practices.
• Support civil society organizations (Trade unions, consumer organizations, environmentalist, women’s rights advocates and indigenous organizations among others) and their respective activities such as campaigning, lobbying, and citizen mobilization that encourage stronger CSR.
• Collaborate with corporations and relevant government entities to promote the adoption of innovative initiatives and practices that create, promote and respect recognized ethical practices; labour rights; environmental protection; product quality; and investment into social and community enhancing initiatives.
• Implement an effective monitoring and collaboration schematic with respect to various national application processes established for multinational corporations. |
